How can I pay? 

We accept Visa and Mastercard. When entering your credit card information please ensure that your billing name is exactly as it appears on your credit card. For our customer’s protection, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate. We also accept checks which must be received before your order will be shipped. There is a $30 charge on all returned checks. 

When will I receive my products? 

Standard in-stock products in our inventory typically ship within 1 business day. Not all products are stored in inventory. Due to variances in availability of some products please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery and longer for large orders. Products are shipped by UPS and you have the option to expedite the shipping time during the checkout process. Large items and orders will be shipped by freight carrier. Custom orders will not be produced until we receive final approval from the customer on the approval drawing. Once approval is issued, custom orders will be put in the queue with other orders for production. 

How is the shipping fee calculated? 

The customer pays all shipping charges. We do not assess a separate fee to package your order. After we receive your product order we will contact you with the amount of the shipping charges. We try to obtain the lowest shipping price for the total order. A multiple item order may be shipped in one box or several boxes, depending on which method will result in the lowest total shipping charges. On large items and orders we will obtain a competitive freight quote. We do not store any credit card information so you will be asked for your credit card number to process shipping charges.  

How do I change my order? 

Please contact us at 800-281-8746 and we will try to accommodate your situation. Due to our fast shipping process on in-stock items, it is not always possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. 

What is the return policy? 

Due to their unique nature, we are not able to accept returns of custom molds, lettering and numbers. Our molds are made from the highest quality, high impact virgin ABS plastic. In the unusual situation of a problem with the mold please first call us at 800-281-8746 and then return the mold for a replacement. Unused and undamaged non-custom molds can be returned less a 30% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. Used molds are not refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

What happens if my product is damaged during shipping? 

Please keep all packaging materials and call us immediately! We will file a claim with UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service. Each of these providers requires the original packaging in order to provide any compensation to you for their improper handling. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, just select the appropriate UPS shipping details when purchasing our products. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and, if necessary, for all charges related to returning products to Distinctive Molds®. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. 

How is sales tax calculated? 

We charge sales and use tax according to Federal and State guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction. Please note that taxes presented at time of order submission are only an estimate. A final calculation of applicable taxes will occur and your credit card payment may be adjusted. State sales tax will be charged on deliveries in Colorado. 

How is a custom order charged? 

The entire fee to make your unique custom tooling must be received by credit card or check before we begin work. You will be billed separately for the molds made from this custom tooling and shipping fees when the molds are ready to be made. 

How do I use a promotion/coupon code? 

To redeem a promotion or coupon code in the Distinctive Molds® Online Shop, enter the code in the appropriate field on the Shipping Cart page. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown. You must click “redeem” in order for the discount to be applied. The discounted amount will be displayed on the Shopping Bag and Order Summary pages. If the code is invalid or expired, a discount will not be applied. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Please refer to our standard terms of use for more specific terms and conditions.
